Greenwood High School is a top public high school in Bowling Green, Kentucky, with about 1,250 students in grades 9–12. Several students from Greenwood High School recently qualified for the Governor's School for the Arts. This shows how talented the school is in music, visual arts, and creative writing. Recent improvements to the athletic facilities on campus have been good for the campus. For example, there is now a new indoor practice space that can be used by several sports teams all year round. The Gator engineering program has also added new robotics modules, which let students design and test prototypes for competitions in their area.
