Kahului, the main business and transportation hub on Maui, has about 28,000 residents. There are about 28,000 people who live there. There are a lot of public and private high schools in the city that teach both regular subjects and career and technical education (CTE). Local public schools have a lot of students from minority groups and strong STEM and digital media programs. Some schools have won silver medals for doing a great job of getting their students ready for college. Kahului is a good place for families to live because it is stable, diverse, and connected. It is in the middle of everything, has easy access to services, and a school system that values sportsmanship and community learning.
