Being Updated
Pioneer High School in Woodland recently opened a student-run supply pantry to help classmates get food and hygiene products. The pantry was funded by a grant from the district's new Superintendent's Student Advisory Council. This spring, the campus will also be a community hub for a series of educational movie screenings that will focus on the well-being of young people and healthy digital habits. In sports, the boys' soccer team did very well by winning the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Division III championship and making it to the semifinals of the state regional tournament.
