Watsonville High School recently celebrated the almost finished renovation of the Emmett M. Geiser Field. It now has a new, state-of-the-art turf surface and will soon have a digital scoreboard and LED lights. The boys' soccer team won their first-ever NorCal Championship, which was a historic achievement for the Wildcatz community and showed how good the school's sports teams were. There are also strong academic initiatives, such as a new Digital PSAT and SAT testing program that makes it easier for all students to take college entrance exams right on campus.
