Being Updated
Goodwill Independent Study is still a flexible and supportive place for students in the Victor Valley Union High School District. It recently won a Gold Award from the California PBIS Coalition for its outstanding work in positive behavior interventions. In late 2024, the community will vote on Measures A and X, which will give millions of dollars to the program to modernize school buildings and make the district's campuses safer. Students are currently using a personalized academic model that lets them finish credits early and get instruction that is tailored to their own path to graduation.
