Kurt T. Shery High has started a new flexible credit recovery program that helps students graduate faster by giving them one-on-one academic coaching. The school recently made improvements to its career technical education facilities, giving students access to new tools for hands-on job training. Students are also taking part in a community-based internship program in the Torrance area that helps them connect what they learn in school with real-world work experience.
