The Manufacturing and Design (MaD) Academy at Mt. Pleasant High School is improving its career and technical education. Recently, the academy added new industrial-grade 3D printers to the curriculum. The campus has also added a new Student Commons, which serves as a central place for students to hang out and hold club meetings. The school is offering SAT prep enrichment sessions during the school day this semester to help students get into college.
