Latest News

Independence High School has officially opened its new, state-of-the-art Student Center. This modern building is meant to make studying together easier and provide a full range of student services. Recently, the Space and Aviation Academy at the school took part in specialized workshops where they used their on-campus planetarium to simulate problems in deep-space navigation and aerospace engineering. Also, the 76ers athletic department is celebrating the fact that several varsity teams made it to the CCS playoffs, which shows how strong the school's sports programs are this winter.
