San Diego Metro Career and Tech has recently added to its Big Picture Learning model by getting new high-level internships with top architectural and biotechnology companies in the downtown area. The school is now running a special Senior Capstone program in which students work with mentors from the business world to solve problems in the community. The campus has also set up a new digital portfolio lab with professional-grade media tools to help students keep track of their professional growth and technical certifications.
