For the 2025–2026 school year, Sheldon High School will improve its biotechnology and engineering programs by adding professional-grade lab equipment. The digital sound and lighting systems in the school's theater have recently been greatly improved by the performing arts department. This has improved productions led by students. This winter, the Husky athletic program also keeps up its tradition of excellence, with several varsity teams making it to the local section playoffs.
