The new Science and Technology building at Florin High School is now open. It has modern labs that were made just for the school's award-winning engineering and biomedical programs. The Culinary Arts Academy is currently holding a series of community showcases to show off how well students have learned how to work in a professional kitchen and manage a hotel. The school has also added a new elective for SAT and ACT prep, which gives students extra time to study and improve their scores for college admissions.
