Learning Works Charter School is adding more specialized support for students by adding full wraparound services, such as programs just for pregnant and parenting teens and teens who are in the judicial system. Recently, the school took part in a community-wide effort to help students get into college. Seniors got one-on-one professional advice on how to get financial aid for their college education. The campus is also a center for active learning, with daily planned field trips to museums and science labs that link what students learn in class to what they do in the real world.
