Being Updated
The Adult Transition Program is now working with more Oceanside businesses to offer community-based instruction. This gives students important hands-on job training and life skills that will help them live on their own. The program recently added a new "Life Skills Lab" that is meant to look like real-life home and work settings. This gives young adults even more tools to reach their own transition goals. Students are also taking part in new wellness programs and social-emotional learning workshops that are happening all over campus. These programs help build confidence and bring people together.
