Latest News

The Young Adult Program is working on making its transitional support services better so that students with disabilities can learn important life skills and become more self-sufficient in the community. As part of recent efforts, site-based and community-based learning models have been combined. In these models, students learn in real-world settings to get ready for life after high school. The program also stresses giving students power by having them plan activities that get teens to look into problems at their schools and come up with solutions.
