New Technology High School is improving its academic offerings by partnering with Napa Valley College to create an Early College program. This lets students take college-level classes right in their high school schedule. The school also honors students who do well in the arts. For example, senior Maddie Chiu recently won the 2025 Napa Countywide Poetry Out Loud contest. The campus is also improving its technical infrastructure. They are currently making plans for strategic upgrades to the school's buildings and fire safety systems.
