Empower Generations is improving its one-of-a-kind educational model by giving students personalized internships and service-learning projects that link what they learn in class to real-world job fields. The school recently held an event called "Lattes with Leaders," where students could meet and talk with professionals in the field and talk about current trends in the workforce in a professional setting. The campus also continues to put a lot of emphasis on flexible, project-based curriculum designs that let students earn credits through hands-on activities that are related to their interests and future goals.
