Desert Winds Continuation High School is currently celebrating the important work of its staff during National School Counseling Week. The focus is on helping students and helping them grow academically. The Antelope Valley Union High School District is giving the campus more Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, which give students professional-level training in areas like Media Arts and Theater. The school is also still focused on making sure that the campus is safe and easy to get to. They recently checked to make sure that their buildings meet modern safety and wheelchair accessibility standards.
