Western Center Academy is a top public charter school in Hemet, California, for students in grades 6 through 12. It is a well-known top school in California that has a tough STEM-focused curriculum. A whopping 96% of students take Advanced Placement courses and tests. There are a lot of different kinds of students at the school. 65% of them are minorities, and 62% of them are economically disadvantaged. Western Center Academy is celebrating a number of big achievements, such as winning the Riverside County Academic Decathlon for the third year in a row and receiving the 2025 Golden Bell Award for its creative Daily Huddle Program. The Measure X bond projects that are still going on at the campus are making the learning spaces more modern by creating spaces that are well thought out and reflect the academy's STEM-focused mission.
