A new two-story classroom building at Garden Grove High School is replacing several old portable buildings. This is making the school a better place to learn core subjects and AVID. Recently, the campus honored several seniors who won prestigious college scholarships through the AVID program. Each award was worth between $2,500 and $20,000 for their future college studies. Also, a record number of students in the Class of 2026 are on track to get the Golden State Seal Merit Diploma, which is given to students who have mastered six different subjects at a high level.
