In February 2026, juniors and seniors in the building and construction program began getting hands-on experience by working on-site at a new business development in Downtown Fresno. NexGeneral Construction helps this program teach students how to do real-world tasks like pouring concrete and grading sites. The school is also making progress on its Career Technical Education (CTE) projects, which include building a new classroom and updating the facilities just for the diesel mechanics and heavy truck maintenance pathways.
