About Options for Youth-San Bernardino

Options for Youth-San Bernardino is a public charter high school that serves students in grades 9 through 12. It is the only high school in its district and is one of the best schools for independent study. The school has about 1,600 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 25:1. Options for Youth-San Bernardino has just started a new Student Success Initiative that pairs each student with a dedicated post-secondary counselor to help them plan their college and career paths. The school is currently upgrading its technology labs on campus so that all students can use modern hardware for their digital media and computer science projects. The campus also has a flexible year-round enrollment system that lets new students start their own academic journey at any time to stay on track to graduate.
