Gahr High School's STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) program is having a positive effect. It combines group projects and advanced lab work across its specialized academies. The campus still celebrates student achievements, like the recent awards for the Gahr Marching Band and the different sports teams that are part of the 605 League. Also, the school is now offering more after-school enrichment programs and peer-tutoring sessions to help each student improve their academic skills and master the core subjects.
