A lot of students at Southside High School have earned the Seal of Biliteracy for being able to speak more than one language well. This is a new record for the school. The Southside Legacy movement is helping the campus by raising money for big building projects and meeting specific requests from classrooms for new equipment. The school has seen a big rise in Advanced Placement (AP) participation and success, with students earning thousands of dollars in future college credit savings by getting high exam scores.
