Being Updated
Stewart Elementary School in Yankton, South Dakota, is happy to report that its first "STEAM Week," a week-long celebration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math, went well. The week was full of hands-on experiments, interactive workshops, and creative projects that made the students think of new ideas and look at things in new ways. Students learned about robots, made their own art out of things they found, and even came up with their own ideas. This combined the ability to be creative with the ability to find answers.
