Huron Colony Elementary in Huron, South Dakota, is happy to tell you that their "Community Garden Project" went very well. Students, teachers, and families from the area all worked together to create a beautiful garden on the school grounds. This project is teaching kids how to have fun outside while learning about the importance of working together, eating well, and being kind to the environment. The garden has a lot of different kinds of plants, such as flowers and vegetables.
