Kathy L. Batterman Elementary School held its PTA meeting on November 18 at 3:30 p.m. in the library. Families and staff gathered to discuss school updates and upcoming events.
Q1. How does Batterman Elementary build a positive school culture?
Ans. The school promotes three main values: cooperation, respect, and consistent routines, which enable the students to have a good feeling of being confident and supported.
Q2. How are families kept involved?
Ans. Parents are always well-informed about what is going on at school through the means of regular communication, classroom updates, and event notifications.
Q3. What wellness or SEL practices are used at Batterman?
Ans. The students acquire different skills, for example, emotional awareness, communication, and calm solving of problems through the daily SEL moments that are practiced.
Q4. What enrichment or club options does the school offer?
Ans. The periodic activities, creative programs, and interest-based groups are the ways in which the students get valuable experiences beyond their classwork.
Q5. How does the school maintain safety?
Ans. The safety of the students is guaranteed by clear routines, scheduled drills, and the supervision that is always there, and therefore the environment is secure and predictable for ????????????????students.
