About Academy for Science and Design Charter (H)

The Academy for Science and Design Charter (H) is a top-notch public charter school in Nashua, New Hampshire. It is the only high school in its specialized district. It has about 525 students in grades 6 through 12 and a student-to-teacher ratio of 15:1. The Academy for Science and Design (ASD) is now using its "SPARK" program for the spring term of 2026. Students can go to week-long, intensive workshops on certain STEM topics through this program. They will learn how to solve problems in the real world. The school recently had a party to honor the success of its robotics and competitive academic teams, which always do well in engineering competitions in the area. The campus is also improving its college prep resources by giving upper-level science classes new, more advanced lab equipment.
