Ans- Yes, parents, educators, and community members make up Sisson's School Council.

Ans- As part of the Lynn Public Schools district, students take part in state assessments (MCAS).
Q.5 How frequently are students evaluated, and how are parents informed of the results?
Ans- The frequency of assessments includes both classroom-based evaluations and state exams. Results are usually disseminated through report cards, other school communications, and parent-teacher conferences.
Q.6 Are there safety and health inspections (medication, vaccinations)?
Ans- In accordance with district policy, students are required to have current immunization records. Parents should work with the school nurse to arrange for medication. (The Lynn Public Schools standard health policy is applicable.)

Ans- The school does indeed take part in the meal program offered by Lynn Public Schools. (Many students may receive free meals because the district is a part of the Community Eligibility Provision; check with the school's food services.)

Ans- Students are allowed to bring their own lunches. Parents should let the nurse and cafeteria staff know about any dietary restrictions or allergies so that accommodations can be made.
