Latest News

Wichita South High School has started a new "School Within a School" program just for sophomores. The goal is to give them personalized help and specialized lessons. The campus is also the first in the district to have girls' flag football, a new varsity sport that will start in the 2025–2026 school year with help from the Kansas City Chiefs. Also, South High teachers were recently surprised with Koch Classroom Grants, which gave them more money for high-tech STEM and interactive learning projects on campus.
