Cedarville Elementary School is a public K–3 school in Fort Wayne, Indiana, that serves families in the northern part of Allen County. The school has about 750 to 800 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 18:1, which helps teachers give each student the attention they need in the early grades. Cedarville Elementary School has a structured early-learning program that focuses on basic technology, reading, writing, and math skills. Enrichment activities are meant to help kids grow and get ready for school in a way that is appropriate for their age.
Around 15 to 20 percent of students say they belong to a minority group, which adds a small amount of diversity to the school community. According to U.S. News, state assessment data shows that 83% of students are good at math and 78% are good at English Language Arts. The amount of money the district spends on each student is about the same as the average in Indiana. This money goes toward core instruction, academic programs, and student services. The school is in a stable suburban area where home prices keep going up.
In general, Cedarville Elementary School has good academic results, reliable support for younger students, and an atmosphere that encourages steady student growth.

Being Updated
The latest news of Cedarville Elementary School successfully finished a fun week-long "Penny Wars" event that got students, staff, and families to compete in a friendly way. The fundraiser helped pay for future enrichment programs and brought classrooms together as a team. Teachers said that every day, students were excited to count coins, come up with plans, and celebrate small victories with their classmates.
At the same time the school had a "Space Day" where students explore more basic space science and early STEM ideas through hands-on activities. The classrooms were turned into stations where kids could learn about rockets, planets, and simple engineering problems that were in line with Indiana's early-learning standards. Students were curious as they moved from one activity to the next, asking questions and trying out new things.
These events, along with other people showed that the school was trying to combine academics with fun, age-appropriate activities. Families explore how activities kept students interested and active during the spring semester. Cedarville Elementary is still working to make the school a place where students can learn in a well-rounded way that is both fun and meaningful.
