A new elementary school, Pinnacle Elementary, has been proposed for South Meridian, near the intersection of Locust Grove Rd. and Lake Hazel Rd. The West Ada School District has committed to discussing the proposal in August 2025 to accommodate rampant enrollment growth, and improve elementary education in Meridian, Idaho, with new, 21st-century facilities and improved learning environments.
