Leona H. Cox Community Elementary School recently talked about its student-run environmental club, which worked on a project to make the school's gardens and recycling bins look better earlier this term. The campus is getting ready for its yearly Spring Showcase, where families can see a variety of student projects and tour the classrooms. This month, staff members are also holding a lot of meetings to help fifth and sixth graders get ready for middle school.
