Ans. As part of the district's plan to combine schools, the school was permanently closed in June 2025.

Q2. Where did the students go after the school closed?

Ans. Most of the former students were sent to Helen M. Lehman or James Monroe elementary schools, which were close by.

Q3: Before the school closed, who was the last principal to run it?

Ans: Rosanne Muldoon was the last principal of the school and ran it through its last semester of operation.

Ans. The main SRCS district office now has all of the official documents and permanent student records.

Ans. In May 2025, the community held a big barbecue to say goodbye to the school and celebrate its 36 years of service.
