Laurel Elementary just had a big event to celebrate its 70th anniversary. The whole community came together to honor seven decades of "Lion Pride" and academic tradition. The school got special district recognition this year for having a great school culture and being fair. In the future, the campus will get new modernization projects that will make sure that all students have access to the best learning spaces.
