Ivey Ranch Elementary is found at 4275 Via Rancho Road in the Rancho Del Oro area. It serves students in grades K through 5. Total enrollment is 712 students. The student–teacher ratio is 24:1. Math proficiency is 55%. Reading proficiency is 57%. The student population consists of 50% male and 50% female. There are high expectations and a strict approach to basic skills in the environment. From a young age, students are encouraged to take charge of their academic goals. The school grounds are kept in good shape so that classes can be held in a professional and calm setting every day. The community encourages a culture where every student is encouraged to do their best. Prices for homes in this suburban area range from $850,000 to $1,400,000. Ivey Ranch Elementary was one of the best schools in California in 2025 because of how well its students did in school and how much they grew. The school community was happy about a big step forward because the district is committed to updating its buildings. This means that students will keep learning in high-tech, up-to-date environments. In 2025, the school's staff was also called "Heroes of Oceanside" for all the hard work they did with students and military families.
