Being Updated
New “House system” to foster belonging, leadership and community: In 2025, Bordewich Bray introduced a school-wide “house system,” inspired by the Ron Clark Academy (RCA) model. Students (and staff) are sorted into four houses — Altruismo (Givers), Amistad (Friendship), Isibindi (Courage), and Rêveur (Dreamers). The system encourages teamwork, positive behaviour, kindness, and school-wide belonging rather than just individual achievement.
