The Clovis Municipal Schools Education Foundation has chosen Zia Elementary School in Clovis, New Mexico, as one of the winners of the 2025–2026 Education Initiative Grants. This is a big deal for the school this year. The winning project, will use new translation-earbud technology to help teachers, students, and families talk to each other more clearly. Parents and staff say that morale is better and they are more hopeful about the school's future. The school is making changes to its buildings to better support its students and staff.
