Sandia Elementary is starting the 2025–26 school year with a lot of new energy and fun things for students to do. The school just opened registration for the district's free "Wildcadette Dance Clinic" for 3rd to 5th graders. This is a popular after-school program that combines movement, creativity, and community spirit.
Sandia has also started its 7-week youth basketball season through the Clovis Municipal Schools Youth Program. This gives students in grades K–5 a chance to work together, stay active, and have fun competing in a healthy way.

Ans. Yes, local museums, parks, and cultural sites are visited.
Q2. Does Sandia offer music education?
Ans. Yes, students can participate in choir and instrumental lessons.
Q3. Are parent volunteers welcome?
Ans. Yes, parents assist with classrooms, events, and school programs.
Q4. Is there a focus on STEM?
Ans. Sandia provides basic science experiments and introductory technology activities.
Q5. Are special needs services available?
Ans. Yes, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) support eligible students.
