La Casita Elementary is having a colorful fall full of creativity and community spirit. Recent campus events show that students are very involved and proud of their culture. Students were excited to take part in a "Literacy Day Costume Parade," where they dressed up as their favorite book characters. There was also a fun "Halloween Pumpkin Decorating Contest" with creative entries from all grade levels.
