Main Dunstable School is a public elementary school in Nashua, New Hampshire. It serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. There are about 350 to 400 students at the school, and there is one teacher for every 13 students. This means that teachers can help each student with their schoolwork in a way that is best for them. The main goal of Main Dunstable School is to help students build strong skills in reading, writing, and math. Thereafter, they add art, music, physical education, and technology. The school community is diverse, just like Nashua as a whole. About 25–30% of the students are minorities. According to state and district data, students' math and ELA skills are mostly at the same level as the district average. In Nashua, the average cost per student is between $15,000 and $17,000. This money is used to buy things for the classroom and pay for special services. The school is in a suburban area where houses are about as expensive as those in the city. There are many parents who are involved, and the place is safe and friendly. In general, Main Dunstable School has steady academic results and is a welcoming place to learn. The school is constantly trying to get students to do better and be more involved.
