Dr. H.O. Smith Elementary School in Hudson, New Hampshire, is a public school for kids in grades K–5. The school has about 600 students and 12 teachers for every 12 students. This means that classes are smaller and students get more one-on-one help. The school has a full curriculum that includes core subjects like reading, math, science, and social studies, as well as art, music, physical education, and technology. Dr. H.O. Smith Elementary also helps kids with disabilities and gives smart kids more chances to learn. Most of the students are White, but there are also some Hispanic, Asian, multiracial, and Black students. About 53% of students are good at math, and about 55% are good at reading and writing in English. These numbers are a little higher than the average for New Hampshire as a whole. The district spends about $16,800 on each student, which shows how much it cares about giving them good educational resources. Families will enjoy living in the suburbs where Dr. H.O. Smith Elementary School is. It is a well-organized and helpful place to learn. Some of the best things about it are that it has small class sizes, a lot of different subjects, and programs that work for all students.
