Catlin Magnet Center held its Back to School Night in August 2025. The event welcomed students and families and provided information for the new school year.

Ans. Catlin offers advanced courses and fast-paced learning opportunities for students who meet the OPS gifted criteria.

Ans. Students work on long-term inquiry units that require research, creativity, and problem-solving, which is in line with Catlin's advanced academic structure.

Ans. The district supports enrichment activities such as academic contests and higher-level problem-solving challenges, which students participate in.

Ans. Classrooms have self-directed tasks, structured goal-setting, and inquiry routines that help advanced learners become more independent.
Q5. What does the school do to encourage high-achieving students to work together?
