Clarkdale Elementary School is a public school in Meridian, Mississippi, that serves about 542 students in grades PK–6. In late October 2025, Clarkdale Elementary was among the schools honored by Delbert Hosemann (Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi) with the “Lieutenant Governor’s Attendance Award” — for maintaining strong attendance and low chronic absenteeism rates. This reflects well on the school’s engagement with students and families, indicating a stable and committed student body.
