As per latest news of the Heatherstone Elementary school is they make memorable year for all the students with the filled with hands-on activities and a strong sense of community. There are one more exciting moments came during the solar eclipse when students gathered outside with protective glasses to watch the sky slowly shift and they enjoy a lots. Teachers make this event with a meaningful learning experience, sparking conversations about space, science, and curiosity. Students returned to their classrooms buzzing with energy, eager to share what they had seen and ask more questions with each other .
Teachers introduced one event “farm-to-table” activity and that helps students understand how food is grown, why agriculture matters, and how communities work together so they can get more knowledge. Children have been planting, observing, and taking part in simple, hands-on tasks that make learning both enjoyable and practical.
