Hunter Elementary started the school year with a fun "Welcome Back Family Picnic." After school, students, siblings, and parents got together for food, games, and building community. The event helped families make new friends and welcomed new students with open arms. Staff said it helped kids get to know each other better and made it easier for younger kids to adjust.
