Skyway Elementary just started a program "Kindness in Motion", everyone in the school is working together to promote leadership, kindness, and a positive attitude as per this program. To start the project, the students made "kindness pledges." Now, these are hanging in the school's hallways as a bright show of support. This week, classes have worked together on things like writing thank-you notes to staff, keeping gratitude journals, and reading with a friend. During the "Kindness Parade" students showcased good things about working together and being nice.
