Thurgood The kids at Marshall Elementary are very happy because they just won the Sapphire Award for Excellence in School Counseling. This award goes to schools that go above and beyond to help their students and keep them healthy. Marshall counselors have started teaching kids about "growth mindset," which helps them feel more confident in their abilities and stronger.
