Taku Elementary in Anchorage, Alaska, is part of a cool new project! The Anchorage School District is changing the way its online lottery works so that families can more easily request to enroll their children in schools outside of their neighborhood starting in 2026. The goal of this change is to give students more chances to go to the schools they want to go to.
