The Idea: With digital gadgets becoming more common, there has been increased demand for interactive and technological-based educational solutions. This then leaves children without an age-specific quiz application which can enhance their learning experience while still being fun. As this project develops it intends to fill this gap by creating a quiz app that combines education and interactivity, fostering passion for study as well as cognition among children in a digital space. Problem: One of the most significant problems in today’s classrooms is finding ways to keep young children interested and excited about what they are learning. The traditional methods often fail to spark the interest of children leading to disengagement, and this may result in gaps in their foundational knowledge. Additionally, there is a dearth of appealing educational resources which are targeted towards age-groups outside the schoolroom that would make it possible for kids to learn interactively and enjoyably. This project is designed to develop a quiz app for children as a way of addressing this problem, thereby filling a void in interactive learning tools that foster a passion for education with new technology while meeting the needs of younger audiences.”
