I created a project called a Soundbox for a Theater, which combines music, lights, and coding using a micro:bit.

The purpose of my project is to play different sound effects and music that can be used during a theater performance. I programmed the micro:bit so that each input plays a different sound. When Button A is pressed, one type of music plays. When Button B is pressed, a different sound effect plays. I also used the pin logo sensor, so when it is touched, another piece of music called The Entertainer plays. This allows the soundbox to be controlled in multiple ways, making it easy and fun to use.

In addition to sound, I added an RGB LED to my project. The RGB LED lights up in different colors depending on which button or input is used. This makes the project more visual and exciting, especially for a stage or theater environment. I used the if command multiple times in my code to tell the micro:bit what to do when each button or sensor is activated. I also imported the music library so the micro:bit could play different tunes and sound effects.

This project helped me understand how buttons, sensors, LEDs, and music can work together through coding. It also helped me improve my creativity and confidence in building interactive projects. Overall, I am proud of my Soundbox project and excited to continue learning more about coding and technology.
